here we go again….
i have never used a blog before to help with motivating me re weight loss. to be honest i feel overwhelmed with choice as to which diet plan to follow, i have tried SW before and had success but i tend to get obsessed with what syns i have left and how best to use them- i find that straight away after eating one meal i am already planning the next….. not exactly a worthwhile spending of my time?
does anyone have any ideas as to how best to get started- i plan on just concentrating on healthy eating coupled with gym work- hoping that if i spend time busting my butt at the gym it will make me think twice about spoiling things with chocolate and crisps.
anyway as i said any help would be appreciated, as i have put on my personal page my end goal is to get my BMI under 30- for work reasons! i need to also make sure that while drop the weight that i also get fit and strong too
